Acted for two subsidiaries of one of Bangladesh’s largest conglomerates with annual turnover of US$ 2 billion, in resisting two GAFTA arbitration claims involving demurrage and washout in respect of shipments of multi-million tonnage worth of agricultural commodities.

Acted for a Singapore trading company against one of the largest manufacturer and supplier of high carbon ferrochrome in the world, in respect of non-delivery of 75,000 Metric Tonnes of goods, resulting in multi-million dollars’ worth in loss and damages.

Acted for a Chinese distribution company in resisting a multi-million dollar claim by a Korean engineering and IT company, which is a subsidiary of one of the world’s largest steelmaker.
