Roland has been involved in all aspects of dispute resolution, with a primary focus on banking and corporate/commercial matters. He is also experienced in ICC and local arbitration in construction disputes and is actively involved in insolvency and restructuring related work. Given the nature of the firm’s clientele and the matters he has handled, Roland has travelled widely over the years and has instructed various counsel in the US, UK and Asia in over-seeing cross-border litigation.
