Expertise

Experienced in a wide range of litigation work and conducted proceedings regularly in the Subordinate Courts (including the Family and Juvenile Courts) and the High Court of Singapore. In particular, has been involved in civil/commercial litigation in the areas of insurance, banking, insolvency (both corporate and individual), corporate fraud, shareholders' disputes and other aspects of company law. Has also actively undertaken general litigation work on matters such as employment, recovery of debt, family/divorce, wills and property matters including landlord and tenant disputes. In the course of practice, has advised major banks, MNCs and various governmental/semi-governmental bodies in Singapore, and liaised with counsel and expert witnesses from other jurisdictions such as the United Kingdom, Australia and the BVI.
