Expertise

Molly was the head of the litigation department of the Singapore office of Freshfields between 1985 and 1987. She has been involved in litigation work for more than 24 years and in that time, has acted in complex banking, corporate, commercial and property claims and has argued cases before all levels of the judiciary, including the Privy Council and the Court of Appeal. Molly is named as a leading litigation and arbitration lawyer in Singapore in major legal journals and publications including The Asia Pacific Legal 500. Molly was appointed a Senior Counsel on 10 January 1998. At that time there were only 27 Senior Counsel appointed and Molly was one of the first three women to be appointed Senior Counsel.
