Expertise

Has advised and conducted proceedings relating to banking and security documents and transactions, complex arbitration matters relating to building construction contracts and property related disputes. Actively involved in insolvency work including companies liquidation, judicial management, receivership and personal bankruptcy. Has also conducted general litigation involving shareholders’ disputes, employment matters, property matters including landlord and tenant disputes, defamation claims, intellectual property disputes and matrimonial and estate matters. Has argued cases before all levels of the Singapore judiciary, including the Court of Appeal, and is also a tutor for the Postgraduate Practical Law Course conducted by the Board of Legal Education of Singapore for law graduates seeking admission as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
